For certain Passes, you will need to confirm that your Health Insurance covers Covid-19 and related health issues before the Pass can be validated.
Confirming Health Insurance details for a Pass 📝
From the Entry Requirements - To Do list on the Pass you want to complete, tap the Health Insurance button. This will allow you confirm that you have an existing health insurance policy that provides coverage for COVID-19 and related health issues.
The steps to confirm your Health Insurance coverage are as follows:
- Tap to the Add Confirmation button.
- Your flight details will be populated based on the Flight Details you entered.
- Read the presented text and if your health insurance provides coverage for Covid-19 and related health issues, check the I agree button.
- Tap the Submit button.
Once you have submitted your flight details, you will receive an email confirming your flight.
This will change status of the task from Confirmation Required to Confirmation Added and move it to the Entry Requirements - Complete list.
