If a Priority Review is not complete within 15 minutes, you will receive an automated refund.
If you have not used your Priority Review, you can request a refund.
To request a refund:
- Open a new ticket with our Support team via the Contact Us option.
- Under What can we help you with today?, select:
- Question about the Priority Review Service
- Under Type of Query, select:
- Request a Refund
- Enter the Payment ID found in the email you received, when you purchased the Priority Review Service.
Once you have submitted your ticket, our team will begin processing your refund.
It is very important that you input a valid Payment ID, as this is required to refund a Priority Review.
It can take between 5 and 10 days for a refund on a Priority Review to be processed.
Refunds will appear as being from VERIFLY BY DAON on your bank statement.
