In order to travel to certain destinations, some Passes will require proof of vaccine before traveling.
All Vaccine reviews must now be submitted at least 4 hours before the departure time. You will not be able to submit a vaccination within the 4 hour window before a flight.
Submitting a Covid-19 Proof of Vaccine for review for a Pass 📝
To submit your Covid-19 Proof of Vaccine:
- Select the Pass, you want to submit your vaccine certificate for.
- Tap View Pass.
- Tap the traveler you want to submit information for.
- Select COVID-19 Vaccination Review.
When submitting a Covid-19 proof of vaccine for review, you have two choices:
- Utilising a Digital Vaccine Certificate.
- Submitting a Manual Review.
Digital Vaccine Certificate
To submit a Review using a Digital Vaccine Certificate, you have two choices:
- Scan a QR code on your certificate.
- Manual upload.
Scan QR Code
- Tap Digital Vaccine Certificate.
- Tap Scan QR Code.
- Point your camera at the QR code on your Digital Vaccine Certificate.
Tap Supported Digital Certificates for a list of certificates supported by the destination you are traveling to.
Manual Upload
- Tap Upload.
- Upload your Vaccine Cert, using either of the following options:
- You can upload the vaccination from a file on your mobile device.
- Alternatively, you can take a screenshot of the QR code and attach this.
- Tap Submit.
Submit Manual Review
To submit a manual Covid-19 vaccine certificate for review:
- Tap Manual Review.
- Fill in your Vaccine Cert information.
- Upload your Vaccine Cert, using either of the following options:
- You can upload the vaccination from a file on your mobile device.
- Alternatively, you can take a screenshot of the QR code and attach this.
- Tap Submit.
The Covid-19 Proof of Vaccination will need to be submitted for all travelers on a Pass.
Once you have submitted your Covid-19 vaccination for review, the status of the task will say Review Pending. This means that your Covid-19 test is set to be reviewed by our team.
