How to Recover your Account?
Revoke Pass from old device:
With the latest updates to the VeriFLY app, you can now self-revoke your own account in the VeriFLY app. To self-revoke your account within the VeriFLY app:

Check and make sure you are using the latest version of the VerifLY App.

Open App.

Click your Pass on the "My Passes" screen.

You'll see a dialog that has "Pass Pending" text on the top right with two options "View Pass" and "Manage".

Click "Manage" on the bottom.

Scroll down to the very bottom of the screen and you should see a section "Revoke Remote Screening Pass".

Click the Revoke button and select "Yes", then you'll be brought back to the first step to start over by taking the 2nd selfie.
Recover your Account:

Delete VeriFLY app

If you have the VeriFLY app installed on a company work device, you may need to contact your IT department to assist with this step

Reinstall the app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

Once installed, open the VeriFLY app and click “Get Started” and then “I agree” to the terms and conditions.

Account details: Input your First + Last Name, and your email address

Ensure the email address your provide has no typos, and you can access that email from your mobile device

Once you fill all the fields click “next” at the bottom and “confirm email” on the pop up message.

If you use the same email address you used to register previously you will see a message asking if you would like to “recover your account”

Click “Recover Account”

An email will be sent to the address provided. This can take a couple of minutes. If you still can’t find the email from VeriFLY, then make sure you check your spam/junk folders

Leave the app and open your email app and look for the recovery email sent from VeriFLY

The email will be sent from noreply@myverifly.com with a subject line of VeriFLY- Account Recovery

In this email you will be provided instructions how to proceed.

There are two recovery methods, clicking the QR code or link below on your mobile device

Clicking either will redirect you to the VeriFLY app where you can then proceed with registration
